Hookin2Hockey (Beginner Program)

Junior Hockey – Stick2Hockey, U10 half field, U12 to U16
Below provides guidance and links to complete registration. Please note the system has changed for 2020.
Fees include 4 components:
- Hockey Australia fees
- Hockey Victoria fees (includes insurance)
- Waverley Hockey Club fees
- System and credit card fees
2020 fees are as follows:

Important note: all players must register as a new player, do not use Renew option
On first screen enter name and birth date details and then in the drop down you have many options. Please read below.
Please ensure you select the correct membership option for you/the player, this is quite confusing as there are many options. Please review below tables carefully and be clear on your option before registering.
Option 1 JUNIOR ALL (all club and association fees paid upfront) category:
These are all prefaced with Junior – ALL
If you are able to pay the Hockey Australia, Hockey Victoria and Waverley Hockey Club fees (plus additional system & credit card charges) all upfront via credit card.

Option 2 Waverley Club Fees invoiced later category:
These are all prefaced with Junior – Separate WHC Inv
Only pay the Hockey Australia & Hockey Victoria fees upfront (plus additional system & credit card charges) and receive an invoice to pay the Waverley Hockey Club fees to the club via direct debit or online payment via credit card at a later date. Please note invoices will have 30 day payment terms, if a payment plan is required please proactively send an email to: juniorrego@waverleyhc.org.au
You should select this option is you have 3 or more junior players at the club, if this is your family then select this option and separately send us an email at juniorrego@waverleyhc.org.au providing the names of the 3 + family members playing Juniors in 2020.

Once you select your option it will take you to a screen to fill in more details about the player.
Important note re club communications: you need to enter all email addresses you want to receive communication to. The system gives you the option to enter one primary email contact and then to add additional email addresses (multiple eg mum and dad, just separate each email address with a comma in the box provided).
Once you have submitted the form and paid you will receive emails from “Waverley Hockey Club” confirming your registration (check junk folder if you don’t receive):
- Membership Details: this includes your unique Hockey Australia player number, please record this for future use
- Payment received: this email will confirm your payment made
- If you selected to be invoiced later by Waverley Hockey Club you will (at a later date) receive an email containing the invoice. Please note invoices will have 30 day payment terms, if a payment plan required please proactively send an email to: juniorrego@waverleyhc.org.au
