The 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Waverley Hockey Club Incorporated was held at The Bob Trewin Pavilion, Corner Winbirra Parade and High Street Roads, Ashwood, on Tuesday, 3rd December 2019 at 7.45pm.
The outcome of the meeting was:

- Drew Ashton was appointed a Life Member of the club
- A special resolution was passed to adopt a new Constitution

- Secretary – Emma Wong
- Junior President – Nikki Gerling
- Masters President – Alan Ballard
- Mens President – Geoff Greaves
