Indigenous Round saw our Premier League and Premier League Reserve teams finish off the season with a clean sweep, taking home all available points against Hawthorn. It marks the end of a very successful home and away season, as all 4 top squads set their eyes on finals hockey over the next three weeks.

The women’s Premier League squad are coming into finals in red hot form! Winning their last 4 games of the season and a goal ratio of 19:1 from those games, the squad will come into their Elimination Final firing. Week 1 of finals sees this team play Hawthorn at HHF on Saturday at 4pm.

The Men’s Premier League squad finished their home and away season as Minor Premiers for the second season in a row! Having conceded the least goals in the competition, this squad means business. Week 1 of finals sees Men’s Premier League play Camberwell at HHF on Saturday at 2pm.

Finishing the season in 4th, the Women’s Premier League Reserves squad are playing finals hockey for the first time since 2019. Having won their last 5 games of the regular season, the ladies will be battling it out at Footscray on Sunday at 12.30pm

Another minor premiership squad is the Men’s Premier League Reserves team. With a record low 22 goals conceded, MPLR have been building towards a strong finals series. The last 5 games saw MPLR win all 5 games and they are keen to keep going! This team will play on Sunday at HHF at 12.30pm.
