November 21 marks the start of a massive pre season 🏃♀️
Fitness guru, Troy Fluitsma encourages all panthers to come down.
This is not limited to ages or grades, simply for anyone and everyone. Programs are designed and modified for all fitness levels!
Sessions will be Tuesdays and Thursday’s @ 6.45pm and Saturday mornings @ 7.15am
